Dave van Vuuren walked away with the 2011 Idols title a little over a month ago. While he has been spotted at several high profile events, where he has performed, the star has been hard at work on his debut album for just over five weeks.
Here’s some news on the debut. For one, it’s called “Free The Animals”. Dave has been recording in the Good Noise Studios on the record. He has worked with SAMA winners Brian ‘O Shea, Crighton Goodwill and Benjy Mudie.
There will be a few versions of the album available. Firstly, you can grab a copy of the standard edition, which features 11 tracks. There will also be a special edition available, which features six acoustic songs recorded in studio. There will also be a live disc too. The special edition will be available digitally too.
