2011 Oscars

The 83rd Academy Awards are live. James Franco and Anne Hathaway have officially kicked off their hosting duties. This makes them the youngest actors to host the coveted awards, which goes out to about a billion people. No pressure now. 24 awards will be handed out tonight too. Let’s see if The King’s Speech will come out on top as everyone is expecting.

The show kicks off with the hosts ‘in Paris’ on the set of Inception with Leonardo DiCaprio and Alec Baldwin. It then shoots off to The Social Network, The Figher, True Grit and The King’s Speech. Loving Anne Hathaway’s speech “I have good news from the future. Microphones get smaller.” Hilarious.

Oh my gosh you’re all real. Hello and welcome to the annual Academy Awards. “Thank you James. You look very appealing to a younger demographic as well”. Anne’s mom and James’ grandmother are there to support the duo. Granny says “I just saw Marky Marc”. Bless.
