Nelly Furtado chats to Rolling Stone (US)

My girl Nelly Furtado chats to Rolling Stone about her forthcoming album The Spirit Indestructible. Check out the interview here. She mentioned that she’s putting together a tour to promote the album more but she failed to mention Africa. This makes me sad! Hopefully this will change ;)

Can’t wait for the album! Have you heard the second single off the album? The song is called Something and it features Nas. Have a listen below:

Watch Drake ft. Rihanna – Take Care

Finally. Rapper Drake has released the music video for his track “Take Care,” which features Rihanna. The chemistry these two have on camera is something else. For two people acting up for the sake of the video, they’re doing a damn fine job making us believe there is something there. Hot, hot video! Loves it.

Drake is in South Africa

Rapper Drake is in South Africa. The star touched down in Mzansi last night for the first time. Drake, who released his new album Take Care recently, is in the country for a gig with Castle Lite. The intimate gig is called CASTLE LITE FEEL THE BEAT… Nice! I’ll be at the gig later getting some video so stay tuned for that on Monday. For now, enjoy the pic above.

Castle Lite’s Qhawekazi Dyanti, Drake and YFM Drive time host and TV presenter Dineo Ranaka pose for photographers at the press conference held at the Fire and Ice Hotel, Melrose Arch in Johannesburg.

Need ‘Feel the Beat of Subzero’ tickets to see Drake?

Now you can get them! Nothing can be better than attending an exclusive concert, especially one where you will have a unique VIP-like experience to see Drake performing live in Mzansi. Tickets to the Castle Lite Feel the beat of Subzero Experience featuring Drake sold out within 6 hours through an announcement made on social media networks and word of mouth via Tbo Touch, Dineo Ranaka & Slikour.

And with so many Drizzy fans clamouring for tickets, Castle Lite has made it easy for those dedicated fans who originally missed out in securing their place at the #SubzeroExperience. The brand will be giving away double tickets daily until the 3rd of December, with the ultimate prize of winning Castle Lite beer for a year (one case per month). Rihanna rocks the NBA All-Star Halftime Show

Rihanna, I be loving you too much. The 23-year-old performed at the NBA All-Star Halftime show at the weekend. Tracks in the melody above included Umbrella, Rudeboy, Only Girl (In The World) and What’s My Name – and of course Drake made an appearance on stage too. Their chemistry really does leave a lot to be desired, damn! Mr controversial Kanye West also made an appearance too, which you will see at the end of the clip. Awesome. Love your work Riri!
