Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are officially divorced. The two finalised the details pertaining to the divorce earlier this week. Speculation is rife with many saying Elin got over $100million from her the world’s number 1 golfer. The two will also share custody of their two children, Sam (3) and Charlie (19 months). Good for them. Elin has granted People Magazine an interview (one she says will be her first and her last), where’s she’s opened up about the breakup of her marriage to Tiger.
In the article, out on Friday she says, “I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children. I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself. My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal,” she says.
