M-Net Series has a brand new show coming to a TV near you early next year. It’s called Rivals in Romance. Sounds like it’s going to be a goodie. If I could enter, I probably wouldn’t. I might be single, but I don’t know about going onto a show like this to ‘find the one’. Anyway, there will no doubt be many entries flooding in. The channel announced earlier today that the show will be hosted by Phuti Nkomo and Jonaid Carrera.
Phuti is no stranger to the entertainment industry. She’s an ex Miss Teen SA winner (in 2000), played the role of Bali in M-Net’s soapie Egoli: Place of Gold for three years and she’s a regular voice on YFM’s weekend lineup. Phuti will be presenting alongside personal trainer, actor and presenter Jonaid Carerra. You might recognise him from his hosting duties on Superdance South Africa. On hosting the show with Phuti he says, “The show is all about love. Love should always be a beautiful experience. If you want to love in a fun way and haven’t entered yet, hurry up. This could be the chance – an experience of a lifetime!”
